Zowhy · The Anchor

Workshop offers for
conscious spaces

Two offers for festivals that care about intentional, embodied programming. One is deep personal healing work, the other is about rethinking how we build our businesses.

About Zoë

Zoë is the founder of Zowhy Coaching and creator of The Anchor. Her work started long before she became a coach, back when she was seven and her parents divorced. She switched homes every week after that and never really got to learn what it felt like to land.

That instability shaped a lifelong hyper-independence. Then, at eighteen, she found meditation, and it opened the door to almost a decade of nervous system work, somatic practice, and healing old childhood patterns. She built her coaching practice alongside a degree in criminology and law, and was already working with her first clients before she graduated.

Today, Zoë guides individuals and groups back to a felt sense of safety in the body, using breathwork, nervous system work, and guided inner work to meet old patterns at the root. Her sessions go deep quickly, hold space with precision, and leave people with something they can actually carry with them afterward.

Offer One · Healing Journey

Inner Child Healing Journey

60–90 minutes · group experience

A guided journey back to the parts of us shaped by childhood: the beliefs, blockages, and patterns still quietly running the show, whether we remember where they started or not.

Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and guided meditation, participants are led into deep connection with their inner child, supported by a live sound journey that holds the space for release and integration. It's a slow, held descent, made for people who are ready to meet what's underneath.

Breathwork Nervous System Work Guided Meditation Sound Journey
Duration
60–90 min
Group Size
15–40 people
Best Fit
Quiet tent / indoor room
Investment
From €500*
On-Site Requirements
  • A quiet, enclosed space set apart from music stages or high foot traffic, since sound bleed disrupts the depth of the work
  • Floor space for participants to lie down, with mats, cushions, or blankets (venue-provided or bring-your-own by attendees)
  • A sound system with speakers placed around the room for the live sound journey, plus one power outlet
  • Dim, adjustable lighting. Candles or salt lamps are welcome, harsh overhead light isn't
  • 15 minutes before and after the session for setup and integration time
*Introductory festival rate. Final quote depends on group size, travel, and whether this is booked alongside the Anchored Business workshop. Revenue-share arrangements open to discussion, especially for budget-conscious festivals.
What People Feel

"One thing I found particularly interesting is how many of my negative generalizations about myself could be linked to how I was feeling already as a little child. Connecting to that little version of me has helped me be so much kinder to myself."

"I used to wake up with so much anxiety every morning, like my chest would be tight before I even got out of bed. But today? I woke up and actually felt calm. I can't even explain how good this feels."

"I wasn't overthinking everything for the first time in so long. I don't even recognize this version of me, but I love her."

Offer Two · Business Workshop

Anchored Business

Workshop format (60 min) · flexes to a deeper 90-minute session on request

A conscious business workshop about building something sustainable from safety, not survival. It's for founders, creators, and healers who are ready to stop building from urgency, hustle, and quiet anxiety, and start building from ground, worth, and abundance instead.

Zoë walks the group through her framework for anchored business-building: nervous system safety as the foundation, the balance between masculine and feminine energy in how we work, and knowing your value before the market ever tells you what it is. The session includes a guided visualization to help participants gain real clarity on what they're actually here to create.

Nervous System Safety Framework & Clarity Exercise Visualization
Duration
60 min (flexes to 90)
Group Size
20–60 people
Best Fit
Workshop tent / talk stage
Investment
From €400*
On-Site Requirements
  • Semi-circle or circle seating (chairs, cushions, or floor space) so the group can see one another during the exercise
  • A microphone for groups above ~30, especially in open-air or tent settings
  • A screen or projector if the framework is presented visually (optional, it works fine without one too)
  • A calmer moment in the schedule for the closing visualization, not directly before or after a high-energy set
*Introductory festival rate. Final quote depends on group size, travel, and whether this is booked alongside the Inner Child Healing Journey. Revenue-share arrangements open to discussion, especially for budget-conscious festivals.
What People Feel

"This program taught me to honor my own pace and deeply root into my 'why.' I no longer push through or abandon myself to keep up. Instead, I'm growing from self-respect, feeling excited, open, and trusting in my own rhythm."

— Lara, Spiritual Guide & Energy Healer

"As I reclaimed my value, the way I show up in my business completely changed. The words I speak are charged with conviction now, and my work has a deeper impact. I feel more aligned than ever."

— Kailey, Subconscious Rewiring Coach

"I feel more me. More feminine, more vulnerable, more connected to the essence of who I am, not just in my business but in my everyday presence. This work helped me strip away the noise and lead from softness, not strategy."

— Caroline, Calm & Balance Coach

Why this fits your festival

Both offerings are built for rooms that want to feel something, not just hear about it. Attendees leave with a real shift in the body, tools they can keep, and language for what happened to them. That's exactly what conscious, wellness-forward programming is built to hold.
