ABOUT
I'm Zoë.
I don't think this work started when I became a coach. It started much earlier than that, in a childhood spent switching between two households every week, living out of a suitcase I never quite finished unpacking.
There was no one steady place. Different energy, different expectations, different versions of myself depending on which door I walked through. So I learned early how to adapt, how to manage, how to stay one step ahead of whatever was coming next. I got good at being responsible. I did not get much practice at feeling safe enough to land.
At the time I didn't have words for any of this. I just lived inside it, the way you do when something has always been your normal. It followed me into university, where I studied criminology and law and spent most of my time somewhere I wasn't excited to be.
Then, around eighteen, I found a meditation course. A 66-day challenge to sit every single day. I had nothing to lose, so I started. I didn't stop.
For the first time, I felt something that didn't depend on which house I was in, who accepted me, or whether life felt stable that week. A place inside myself I could actually land. Grounding that came from within instead of from my circumstances holding still.
That discovery opened everything else, self-awareness, the nervous system, spirituality, embodiment, and the very direct realization that understanding a pattern intellectually and actually living differently are two separate things. I started sharing what I was learning on Instagram with no real plan, and people started to recognize themselves in it. That's how I began coaching, while I was still finishing my degree, still building a life I actually wanted to be inside of.
I built a business around the exact thing I'd spent years learning how to create for myself. Groundedness. Safety. A sense of home inside my own body. It makes sense to me now that this became the work.
still, all these years later
The version of me that found stillness at eighteen is the one running this now.
Not a persona I built for the business. The same person, just with more practice at staying.
what I believe
You don't need to become. You need to remember.
Your body is not your enemy. It's your guide. Your calm is not weakness. It's power. Growth doesn't require self-abandonment, and safety is the foundation of everything you're actually trying to build.
I don't believe it's normal to live disconnected from yourself, to treat your body like something that has to keep up with your life, or to treat peace like a reward you only get on holiday. There's another way to live, and it isn't built by trying harder. It's built by returning.
That is the heart of Zowhy.
Helping people stop drifting away from themselves, and learn how to live from a place that feels grounded, connected, present, and true. That is the heart of The Anchor too.

Where this comes from
Everything inside The Anchor is built from what actually worked, nervous system regulation, somatic practice, spiritual connection, and a lot of lived repetition, not theory borrowed from a book. If you want to see how it comes together, the Method page walks through the actual framework.
